The Correlation: Profits and Customer Service

Companies tirelessly try to secure the dollars they need, relying on marketing techniques and strategies, offering special sales. Earning customer favor requires deductions, deals and more: this is the only belief that’s relied upon. It’s not, however, the only belief that works.
